Lumberyard Bar & Grill

•  About Us

Noticing a demand for more quality places to eat in the Marshfield area, restaurant owner Adam Jacobson established the Lumberyard Bar & Grill. The restaurant is located in the Woodfield Inn & Suites. With the restaurant connected to the hotel, it provides excellent quality food and service to both the community and hotel guests.

With central Wisconsin’s history so closely tied to the logging industry, Adam wanted to utilize the logging theme. Lumberyard Bar & Grill aims to highlight this rich history by showcasing images and memorabilia from the period. In fact, one of the menu items, the Hungry Dan, is named after famous Wisconsin logger, “Hungry Dan Shea”.

The menu goes above and beyond traditional bar and grill quality while maintaining a great value. Breakfast options range from a bowl of cold cereal to skillets and omelets. Don’t forget to try the delicious Lumberyard exclusive, “Monte Cristo French Toast”, which combines French toast, mustard sauce, Swiss cheese, ham, turkey, Havarti cheese, and egg.

Lunch and dinner are also offer delicious mouth-watering choices. There are options for appetizers, salads, soups, sandwiches, burgers, and the best entrees. The lunch and dinner menu also offers exclusive “Beef Tender Bites” which are deep fried and served with tiger sauce.

Make sure to stop in on Fridays to take advantage of the specials menu that includes full meal options including fish and shrimp.

Lumberyard’s friendly staff is always available to serve you food and drinks in a unique and clean environment. All food is cooked when you order, never before; ensuring that you have the best dining experience possible.

Not only does the Lumberyard have great food and friendly service; it also has a fully stocked bar with a large selection of tap beers and Wisconsin craft beers.

The Lumberyard Bar & Grill is conveniently attached to Woodfield Inn & Suites and is just a short drive from the Marshfield Clinic, St. Joseph’s Hospital, and downtown Marshfield.
